Bobsweep Return Policy?

bObsweep's return policy includes a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is returned clean and in original condition and packaging. All accessories and contents must be included, along with a copy of the invoice/sales receipt and a completed MBG Claim Form. Refunds are processed within 21 business days of receipt of the goods, with shipping and handling fees being non-refundable. The MBG Claim Form and the returned product must be received within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date. The product must have been used indoors, under normal conditions, and maintained according to the instructions provided.

For a full refund, bObsweep and all its accessories must be returned undamaged, in full working condition, in original packaging, and with original proof of purchase. Shipping the product in any packaging other than its original may damage the product and void the money-back guarantee. If the goods are returned not in their original condition, cleaning and service fees may be deducted from the refund. In cases of missing parts or accessories, the refund will be deducted to reflect accessory prices and restocking fees. If the products are returned in unacceptable shape, the sender may have the option of receiving the goods back in the same condition at their cost. The sender is responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the machine. bObsweep does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of the unit during its return. Partial returns of multiple unit purchases will be refunded to reflect the discount received on the additional units. bObsweep has the absolute discretion to determine whether the conditions have been satisfied, entitling the claimant to a refund.
